Hey! I played your game on my stream! Watch it to see the live review! Here's the link for it: https://www.twitch.tv/spacematterplay π Check it out for the full review at this moment: 1:37:00 Game number 5
You could have done better for the game! Keep it up! && I would appreciate if you rated my submission into the contest as well!
One thing Id like to add is that i watched your review and I can tell you that you skipped the tutorial (which probably is my fault because I made it skippable without clear indicators wheter you are done or not) and that this might be the why the game was not easy to understand for you. Apart from that you barely used any of the core-mechanics during the gameplay :( because of that
But im glad you liked the graphics which actually suprised me :D
It's no problem! Yeah... I did skip the tutorial and that was my bad, not yours. Leave it skippable, just in case anyone already knows how to play it. Next time I play a game I won't skip that tutorial. It takes some time, but it's necessery
Also, my blender eye quickly noticed that brick texture! πNow, for that, I do have a recommendation... Try to add a bump node to it. It will make it feel like there's actually some geometry on that plane, when in reality it isn't! It's just an illusion. I'll share with you the material node:
